Stevie Ray Vaughan was a blues rock artist during the 1980s. He is considered by many people to be one of the guitarists ever. He was known for keeping blues rock alive as well during the 1980s, which was a decade that was dominated by metal. Unfortunately, he died after making only four albums at the young age of thirty five in a helicopter crash in 1990.
Stevie Ray Vaughan made several songs that are still popular today such as Coldshot, Tightrope and Crossfire. However, probably his most popular song is Pride and Joy, which is a great blues rock song with a great guitar solo that shows the great technique Stevie Ray Vaughan had as a blues guitarist.
