Abraham finally had a son named Isaac but as a test God asked Abraham to sacrifice Isaac on an altar to him. Abraham was about to sacrifice Isaac proving his faithfulness to God when God provided him a scape goat instead to use as a sacrifice. Sarai, who had become Sarah instead, eventually died and Abraham wanted to find a burial place for her in Nahor, so he bought a vineyard with a cave at the end of the field to bury her in. Isaac came of age to marry, so he had one of his servants look for a wife for him and the servant eventually found a woman named Rebekah who married him and gave birth to sons named Esau and Jacob. Another sibling conflict occurs when Jacob tricks Esau into selling his birth right to him for some stew.
